Cape Weaver Chenin Blanc - Chenin Blanc
Following its discovery by Dutch scouts in 1661, French Huguenots soon planted the first vines in South Africa’s Swartland region. Cape Weaver Chenin Blanc is made from the fruit of selected bush vines, grown on mountain slopes.
This is a rich, ripe wine with an exotic palate of melon and paw paw fruit. It goes well with white meat dishes and vegetarian dishes or enjoy with grilled smoked haddock, white fish in a delicate creamy sauce, fishcakes and calamari
